Monday Morning Planning

Setting myself up for success for the week is imperative as a work from home/stay at home mom. By combining journaling and my planning time in the morning I am able to focus on letting go of anxious thoughts about the upcoming week, focus on gratitude, and feel organized. The less chaos to start the week, the better; especially with toddlers!

What I usually do on Monday mornings:

  1. Brain Dumping
  2. Self-Care Guided Journal Page
  3. Weekly Planning- work and personal.
  4. Gratitude Journal

By having everything set up and ready to go Sunday night this routine doesn’t need to take long, but it definitely helps me start my week slowly and intentionally!

Some of my favorite paper planners and journals are from  Plum Paper. You can customize everything to your liking or buy one premade! Also, right now is a great time to shop as you can get 20% off your entire purchase today until 2/18/24, you’ll even receive a special freebie! Shop now!
